Return & Refund Policy

For Goods to be eligible for return, please ensure that:

- The Goods were purchased on the same calendar day.

The following Goods cannot be returned:

1. Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
2. Goods that, by their nature, are unsuitable for return, deteriorate rapidly, or are past their expiry date.
3. Goods not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if unsealed after delivery.
4. Goods that, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other items due to their nature.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any goods that do not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion. Only regular-priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to you if it is not permitted by applicable law.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods. Items should be sent back to the Restaurant where they were ordered. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of return delivery.
